Anomopoly's the latest and greatest rock quartet to come from between the legs of Boston. It's seed was sown in Cambridge when Tommy and Toni formed Sonic Bonnet, an indulgent post-college melange of seedy music. They enjoyed some local success, but the band fell apart as interest in playing together waned. After that, Tommy sold his soul to legions of drunken New Englanders with Swerve, where he engaged heavily in drinking and music with Bill and Brian. That too came to an end, leaving everyone scratching their heads about what to do next. Blamo! Anomopoly!
Unmistakenly brazen, Toni shapes her lyrics to match her mood and body as the band pulls desparately at strings and clothing and the throttle. The boys love to drive the rock deep, but without her, flail miserably in crappy funk. Without one another, they'd all probably just die. Typically naked in practice, Anomopoly loves to don we all our gay apparel as they lambast your eardums with the live show. So go see them! Love them!
We are also excited to hear your songs that you are working on. Any idea of when they will be done? Good to see you are coming to play Worcester again soon. We miss you. -EW
Wood Spider would like to cordially invite you to 115 Franklin St, a neighborhood punk house in Allston, MA. We are lucky enough to be sharing the stage (basement floor) with O Pioneers!!!, FORT! the Band, Interrobang?! and the Brave Little Abacus! Get there at 7 to see us play!
Admission is free, but bring some a few bills anyway, to help out the touring bands (OP!!! has made their trek all the way from Texas!)
You have our eternal thanks,
-WS
House partyyyy. Yeah I don't know if I'd actually want such a party here haha- we're not cramped but it's kind of a country house with one bathroom and a skinny driveway. But, the idea is still good, if someone has the location...
It appears you have no current shows on your calendar. This must be in error. Kindly let me know when you will be playing at my house and I will be glad to attend.
