Ánoq of the Sun composes and produces creative instrumental electronic music, with an emphasis on creating beautiful sound scapes and "catchy" and memorable musical themes.
The music is, to a great extent, inspired by the music of Jean Michel Jarre, but also other musicians, ranging from Deep Forest over Depeche Mode and Enya to the symphonic sound tracks of Hans Zimmer.
Important examples of styles are symphonic, world, atmospheric, experimental and pop. Occasionally, advanced music theory is used in any of these styles.
He releases CDs of his own and has interest in his music being used for sound tracks, shows, performances and installations. He is also interested in composing music specifically for such purposes, including computer games, commercials and movies.
