Almost 10 years ago Anorak Girl appeared out of nowhere, recorded 6 songs and then vanished. A while back I came across some of the tapes from those sessions at the back of my cupboard, dusted them down and put them here for everyone to enjoy a second time around.
And that generated enough interest for this to happen...

No comprendo que pretende, ni cuales son sus verdaderas motivaciones, la verdad, cada dia entiendo menos todo esto, pero aunque no me llame y no sepa nada de él... siempre apoyaré a mi hijo incluso en una locura como esta.

Your songs are exactly the songs I would love to listen on a Saturday morning while dressing to go out in the sunshine...or the songs I would love to listen in a party alongside Talulah Gosh, Dolly mixture, Lush and other amusing ladies. You make me want to grow a bowlcut, wear only strippy T-shirts,bright-coloured anoraks and torn jeans and drink cheap wine... You are great!
