A California Rock band tried and true, Anthem has quickly become one of the most talked about bands on the west coast. The Baleco Times states that “Anthem seems to be taking over the world one stage at a time”. “We wanna be the first band on the moon” confesses one lead singer-guitarist Terry Coleman. The thousands who have witnessed the Anthem spectacle often compares them to a contemporary Beatles-Zeppelin-Nirvana with the dazziling stage presence comparable to the likes of an early Who or Hendrix.
Anthem’s explosive high octane live performance has become one of west coasts’ “must see” live events. They have already shared the stage with over fifteen national touring acts including Dishwalla,, Avril Lavign, The Calling, Gin Blossoms, Remy Zero, Collective Soul, Hootie and The Blowfish, Hawthorne Heights, Drowning Pool to name a few, and have performed in front of thousands across the U.S. and on national radio. Jim Phillips from the San Francisco Chronicle writes that "Coleman whips the crowd into a frenzied excitement with each blistering riff.
