My wish to you is that you may always be healthy and happy. We know that this is not always possible, in the “real world”. Remembering to be thankful and showing gratitude for the little things we enjoy, goes a long ways in feeling well inside. Laughter never hurt anybody either. It is said that “laughter is the best medicine”. Go ahead and self medicate, often. Being able to laugh at yourself is key…after all, we are only human and deserve to enjoy one of life’s greatest emotions…Laughter!
