This is a myspace that has been created to appreciate Anthony, this site is not run personally by Mr. Warlow.
Anthony Warlow (born 18 November 1961 in Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia) is an Australian opera and musical theatre performer, noted for his character acting and immense vocal range (tenor to baritone).
Notable musical roles include lead roles in The Phantom of the Opera (as "The Phantom"), The Secret Garden (as "Archibald Craven"), Annie (as Daddy Warbucks), Guys and Dolls (as "Sky Masterson"), My Fair Lady (as "Henry Higgins"), Jekyll and Hyde (1994 concept vocal recording only, as "Dr. Henry Jekyll/Edward Hyde"), and Man of La Mancha (as Don Quixote), as well as a significant supporting role in Les Misérables (as Enjolras).
His opera roles include major roles in Die Fledermaus (as "Gabriel Eisenstein"), The Magic Flute (as "Papageno"), A Midsummer Night's Dream (as "Puck"), and The Tales of Hoffman.
His Gilbert and Sullivan roles for Opera Australia include the featured comedic role in The Mikado (as "Ko-Ko") in 2004, as well as appearing in major roles in the 1996 production of Patience (as "Archibald Grosvenor") and in the 2005 double-bill of Trial by Jury (as the "Learned Judge") and H.M.S. Pinafore (as "Captain Corcoran"), and The Pirates of Penzance (as "The Pirate King"). Apart from The Mikado, these Gilbert and Sullivan productions are available on DVD. In 1987, Warlow performed a one man show, A Song to Sing O, about George Grossmith, the comedian who originated the principal comic roles for Gilbert and Sullivan from 1877 through the 1880s.
Anthony performed Advance Australia Fair at the 2008 NRL Grand Final on the 5/10/08

Now that Phantom's over I hope you're getting a much deserved rest; and that you recover quickly from your flu! I hope the goodies in our hamper can help to cheer you up a bit.
It's been an absolute honour to see you perform, especially at the last Adelaide show of Phantom, and I'm so glad to have met you. I hope our paths can cross again someday and if you ever want to get in contact ((I imagine you might seek more information on what exactly we were referring to by the items and the codex in the hamper)) you know where to find us.
My Christmas wish for you, my friend Is not a simple one For I wish you hope and joy and peace Days filled with warmth and sun
I wish you love and friendship too Throughout the coming year Lots of laughter and happiness To fill your world with cheer
May you count your blessings, one by one And when totaled by the lot May you find all you've been given To be more than what you sought
May your journeys be short, your burdens light May your spirit never grow old May all your clouds have silver linings And your rainbows pots of gold
I wish this all and so much more May all your dreams come true May you have a Merry Christmas friend And a happy New Year, too .. We wish you a merry Christmas :)
Happy Birthday Anthony.I hope that your birthday wish comes true.Maybe Olivia could deliver your birthday cake, that would be a great gift for anyone to see her on their birthday.

@ Nicholas: Due to a contract between Webber, Crawford, Brightman and The Really Useful Group, casts are not permitted to record the production in English.
However, there is a petition running to obtain an Australian Cast Recording and / or a filmed stage performance of The Phantom of the Opera. It's a slim chance, we know, but it can't hurt to fight.
We have signatures from cast members Simon Pryce (Lionman / alternate Phantom), Nadia Komazec (Meg Giry), John Bowles (Raoul for the Melbourne season), Ana Marina (Christine Daae) and dancer Sarah Bakker, as well as Mr. Warlow's support.

Perhaps I should explain, huh?
This video - made by jayko - is a promotional ad for the Phantom of the Opera Australian Cast Recording and / or Filmed Stage Performance Petition (Starring Anthony Warlow); no matter how many times I say it it's still a mouthful XD Hopefully it's just the first of many clips that will be inserted into the documentary on the petition we're going to try and make; other clips will most likely be signature hunting clips, like the two I have on YouTube ((together those two make around 15 minutes worth of signature hunting footage, I think, out of the actual 3/4 of an hour that I filmed)).
BTW, the petition now has 652 signatures.
I'm also commenting to let everyone know that as of April the 1st ((until the 1st of May)) Unexpected Song is in open-forum mode. Meaning: Guests can post. This is because come the 20th, Unexpected Song will be 2 years' old. Huzzuh! Feel free to swing by and wish US a happy birthday.
In the interviews about your return to Phantom, you spoke about this being "your time". I truly hope Your Time, brings you to New York finally, where your breathtaking talents belong. Perhaps a revival of Jekyll & Hyde? With the ORIGINAL and only TRUE Jekyll. Thank you for being such a wonderful inspiration to all, full of life and excitement! All the best, KEITH
I loved Phantom. I had seen it before but when I found out that you were in this production I stretched the budget to go and see it at the Lyric Theatre in Brisbane last Saturday night only to be extremely disappointed because your understudy played that night - I blew the budget for nothing. :-(
