I have this inordinate tendency to be (almost) unneccesarily DIY. Recently, that trait culminated into me watching WWII in HD while I educated myself on DIV overlays used in MySpace layouts. I ate enough cashews to swell me up like a baby elephant and I spilled some of my Crush on the carpet (I doubt we'll get the deposit back, now), but I believe that I'm just starting to understand the process behind this type of layout. Hopefully I'll have something to present to everyone in the next few days. This little entry is actually being written on my prototype layout as a test, so you're now looking into a past that you didn't witness! Way to go, you medium. ANYWAY... I hope that you're as excited for this new layout as I am. If you'd like any help with this junk, please ask me. I'd love to put a whole mess of effort into a layout for you, and I'm sure we could work out a pretty keen deal!

AKG c214 and a MXL990 at home. I also use a M-Audio Project Mix I/O with protools 8 with a pc/laptop. I am switching to a macbook pro. I use my home studio for scratch vox and demos when I write now. My label hooks me up with highend studios now. I get to use the top of the line stuff when I fly out to Nashville now. It's pretty amazing. When I recorded at Nathan Dantzler's studio the first time, I used a AKG 414. I used a brand new tube mic when we were their last week. Don't recall the model or manufacturer.
