We're Antion Apparel.
In 2005 Antion was started by two friends in a one bedroom apartment. They wanted to make something different solely for themselves. As that goal was accomplished, the clothing they made began to appeal to friends and family in their home of Las Vegas. The company then started to grow. It soon became too much for a few of those involved to keep up with while they work full time jobs aside from the hobby they started in Antion. Understandably, partners have come and gone over time. One of the original creators is still heavily involved in the company has see the company expanded to where it is today. Although started in Vegas, Antion doesnt really have a home anymore. Its been transplanted to a few different location as it has expanded and taken opportunities that have arose. Currently, Antion based in San Francisco. The growth has come mainly from the help of its awesome friends and those amazing people that have put their time and effort into planting a small seed. They've been apart of the slow but steady growth. Our idea of what we are as a clothing company has changed a lot over the last few years and will continue to as time goes on. We have lasted through some big changes and even disappointments. We like being a name that people havent heard before because that leaves us the ability to make a lasting first impression as brand. But with new energy and motivation that's inevitably going to change. We believe the statement, "the time has come to deviate" and its a phrase that we use often around the company. START MADE OF SECTION
Everything Antion carries is made of 100% ring spun cotton and all the shirts come tagless with our size, care instructions and company info printed inside.
The Mens shirts are a slim fit light weight shirt. They're way comfy but still durable. The neck isnt too open or too tight and the sleeves fit snug around the arms. The hoodies also have a slim fit with narrow arms. Those things are amazingly comfortable. Our track jackets are all American Apparel brand and as anyone knows who has try one on... they are incredible. The Womens line has a good mix of cuts and styles. The majority of the shirts are American Apparel 100% cotton. A few styles are a slightly longer fit and everyone seems to love those as well. We brought out a boat neck shirt for the first time this line. Its an open neck with un-hemmed sleeves and bottom. Its amazingly soft and pretty hot. The same print is available in a tank. Its also 100% cotton also very sexy. We use some great printing techniques that allow us to make the inks on the shirts super soft and some even unnoticable when worn or touched. They'll never feel overly heavy on the shirt. We recommend everything be washed inside out to protect the print and in cold wash to keep the color of the shirt looking good. Drying is recommended on low heat or air dry to protect the fit. As with anything you buy and like, why ruin it but drying it? START LATEST UPDATES SECTION
We released our new line for Summer and Fall '08. All the designs are new and there are even some new cuts available for our womens line. We'll be starting a newsletter for everyone to sign up for. On it, you'll get updates on new products and events. We'll email you about promotions and that sort of thing too. As a member of the newsletter you'll be able to pre-order new items that come out before anyone else gets to see them. Its a pretty sweet deal.
We have some new banners on our page as well and we hope you dig them enough to put them on your page and tell your friends about us. We are going to be looking to put out a CD with some of our favorite unsigned bands hopefully by the end of the year. There's so much amazing music out there that never gets the credit it deserves, so we want to help that cause. Another endeavor that we've started on is our organic line. We hope that by the end of the year will have every print available in a 100% organic cotton shirt. The issues in our world arent always in our control but there's so much that we can do to help preserve what we have left of our environment and we hope that you support us in that. We are also putting together a team to help relieve some of the poverty here in our country. This is something we've wanted to do for a long time. We understand the importance of helping those in other countries and those are honorable causes. We just feel there is so much happening here with our natural disasters and economic situation that we have to get involved. The best part about it is that its something that you can do to make a difference. Not only do we want your help, we need it. All the time, people feel the sadness of those people living on the streets or of women and children seeking refuge from abusive environments at home but dont know how to help. This will be a way to donate clothing and canned goods to the shelters and directly to those that need it through us and our events. We dont have a name yet for this organization but we will post more info about it soon. This is truely an important cause and we know that you will feel as good about it as we do helping the less fortunate here in our country. END LATEST UPDATES SECTION
