Still reeling from your amazing show at the Galaxy Hut. I think that was the first time I had ever seen you play "Awake." Davis came over to me as soon as you guys finished it and commented on the show, but I couldn't register what he was saying---I was still caught up in the otherwordly inertia you guys had created. Awesome.
Very much looking forward to Antiques album number two! Can't wait!
it was a very much needed "return of the antiques" last night at the hut! the whole entire set was one epic wall of sound and an amazing hint of what the album is going to unleash! absolutely amazing.
Don't forget to subscribe to our blog to stay tuned, there will be some more things coming up soon. For example our first album will be released shortly. ...
Thank you very much...we try to check on everyones interest's or the sounds they enjoy,..We like what you had going on your page...and figured we would take the chance, you would like what we enjoy the most...and thats make music...but for the most part... now that we got that horrible and cheesy statement out of the way....this looks like another typical, but somewhat long band comment... But heck at least its a comment... Right?
Thanks dude, we'll be in DC this summer (probably August). I messaged Jake about it and you guys should play, too! Hopefully run into you this summer at some point.
Love the organ in the music. I'm glad to hear bands incorporating post-punk sounds. So far I've only found one local band, Glamour Shot, doing this. Hope your band comes to Phoenix soon.
Thank You ... Great Music ... Recently I discover You and some new Bands (Screen V.I, Vacuole Eyes, Alcianblue, Ceremony, A Place To B.S., Glamour Shot ...), ... that I think is a kind a movement with the best influences of the 80's ... and need to increase ...
I have yet to respond to your email from I can't remember how long ago. The antiques has been playing in my car for weeks and I am finally confident I know all the words. Jon is doing well. He has been playing and booking a lot of shows lately. I'll email you with more details later.
man I love this music, you're breaking my heart and I don't even know you. Even though I sort of do. Anyway the combo of voice and that organ on "Don't Stand in My Room" is splendid.
