my favorite author is dr. wayne w. dyer. i get a lot of wisdom from his books. it helps me a lot as far as writing songs and life in general. If you like learning about wisdom and would like to see life from a different perspective, i suggest this book, Wisdom of the Ages...
i read this book "how to win friends and influence people" a few months ago (it is a good book, you should read it too). then recently i went to the book store and flipped thru the pages of a biography book about eminem..and i thought it was crazy because in this picture he was reading the same book...

this is the review from one of the executives:
good delivery and rhyme pattern. diversity in tracks (music). and the fact that he talks about various subjects on his songs makes me feel like I'm listening to someone who understands true hip hop.
Voice is kind of nasally on some songs, but if that's just his natural sound, use it, it makes him disticnt (however if it's not, make sure he warms up before recording - hot tea or something like that to clear his nasal passage)
Some songs, the music could come up just a bit to match the levels of the vocals - that's in the mixing
Overall though, I enjoyed it, aside from the fact that I personally don't get into some of the explicit phrases, there wasn't really a point where I felt like turning it off as far as talent.

i go by the name of marlon brimmer. I was born August 24, 1981 in Long Beach, Ca. I am mixed Black, White, and Filipino. I been with my girl Jada for 9+ years. I was diagnosed with ADHD (attention deficit hyper-active disorder) when i was in the 6th grade. To the people who dont know, it is a learning disability; i am not ashamed of it. It makes it harder for me to learn and focus on things that i am not interested in. i can be slow at some things, but a genius in others. thats me, judge me if you want, i dont mind.
I started rapping when i was like 15 years old, but i sucked at first. The homies used to clown me on the block. they used to call me wack lyric (but i will smash all them niggaz now..LoL) I didnt start taking rap serious until i was like 21 years old. I formed a rap click called anti-social that consisted of: Me, Grinch, Critic, and Red. But Critic and Grinch went their own way and left the click. Me and Redd are still making songs together.
