Anti-Venom was formed at the beginning of 2008 by front-woman Pene Geard. She began writing songs for this new project and recruited a couple of West Auckland boys to the cause. Kieran Fox still backs things up on bass but following the great rock ‘n roll tradition, Anti-Venom have had some difficulties keeping a drummer for long. Despite this Anti-Venom doesn’t let it get them down, showing their lasting dedication to the music - once playing a show as a 2-piece, with Kieran jumping onto drums with only a week of preparation.
