Acumen is the label owner of Time has changed and its sublabel more techno and tech house oriented: Time is now. He's a full passionated of music since his young age and it was quite normal for him to launch his own structure of electronic music.
Acumen had been elected by Richie HAwtin: "best newcomer of year 2009" (thanks and respect to my "father")
In the same time, he's a deep/tech house producer, with a big background.
His actuality is rich with many releases on his own labels and forthcoming
stuff on Upon You (Marco Ressman's label), Bitten (new 2000 & One's label) or Safari...
His releases had been supported by the greatest dj's as Richie HAwtin, Laurent Garnier, Gorge, Ray Okpara, Raresh or Loco Dice himself.
He does a perfect Live Act build for the dancefloor, deep, groovy
and danceable.

ACUMEN - COLLECTION PART 1 - ALEX CELLER & TIMID BOY RMX
Today Time Has Changed bring you the next installment, Acumen's EP, 'Collection Pt .1'. A collection of unique pieces, that oscillate between deep and tech house.
'Good Afternoon' combines air rhodes with heavy rhythms and beautiful breakdown. 'Career Opportunities' is already a Hawtin fave. Worked into all of his October sets, its trippy vocal, techy rhythms and fantastic keys, make it a winner for the floor.
Rounding out the release is another original, backed by two wonderful remixes. 'Letting Go' with its vocal delay is classy deep house. First to remix is the in form Alex Celler. One of the most exciting remixers of 2009, he is well known for his releases on Cecille, Remote Area and Tuning Spork. Here he creates a mix for the big systems. Fat organ, bass and kick are the order of the day.
Finally we have another in form producer and THC regular Timid Boy, who turns some of his finest work to date.
This is without doubt the biggest release on the label to date, so enjoy and lend your maximum support. The beautiful adventure of Time has changed continues !
