Many fans view new artists/entertainers as overnight sensations. That's understandable because they do not see the years of hard work and dedication a true artist puts into his craft to become an overnight sensation. Such is the case with Antonio Rosales. His life long quest and hard work is finally reaching fulfillment.
This native Oklahoman was raised around music. His father, a singer and guitarist, still enjoys performing and helped instill the love of music and entertaining in Antonio at a very young age. Having started on the drums, then the guitar and finally bass (which is his instrument of choice). Antonio put his first band together in his early twenties and has been performing since. His current band, FIRECREEK, is a strong draw everywhere they perform.
Over the years Antonio has performed with or opened for some of the country's biggest names in so many venues that he has lost count. Among them are Reba McIntyre, Skip Ewing, George Jones, Eddie Raven, Jeff Carson, Shenandoah, Brian White, Red Stegal, Chris LeDeaux, Barbara Fairchild, Buck Trent, the legendary Red Sovine and Penny Dehaven to name a few.
Just returning from a four week tour in Europe in time to perform at the 2000 Golden Music Awards where he himself has been nominated in six categories including Male Vocalist of the Year, Artist of the Year, Album of the Year for Time's Running Out, Single of the Year for the ..1 hit Millie, Make Some Chili, Rising Star and Songwriter of the Year.
Antonio's uniquely rich, smooth vocals have dubbed him "The Man With The Silk Voice." To hear him is sing is to understand. He knows his way around a love song. With his first release Time's Running Out, his fans can enjoy a special collection. Between his strong vocals and great writing talent, this very personal album features songs that draw from his life and background. The title cut, Time's Running Out, is based on his life and career. Every song from this collection, including the title cut, has brought the house down everywhere he performs.
Antonio was born and raised in Oklahoma City. He now lives with his son Antony in Yukon, Oklahoma. ................................................................

Someone said I bragged on myspace about owning a recording studio. I want to be the first to denigh I ever said I owned one or that I ever bragged about owning one on myspace or any other online chat room. Some people need to get their facts stright and die.
OK...so maybe sometime I can come and sing with your band. I do alot of the older country music,,,tammy wynette, loretta lynn, jeanie pruitt, jim reeves.......some patsy cline, Barbara fairchild teddy bear song(its on my myspace as a video....can you play those in the key of either G or A?
