About me:
.. In grade school my nicknames included "Encyclopedia Brown" and "Little Debbie Snackcakes". By the age of ten years old I wanted to be an archaeologist and visit King Tut's tomb, buried wood in hopes it would petrify, dug for oil in our backyard, thought plate tectonics were "cool". Okay, Total geek! Luckily I lost a little geekiness when I was sixteen. My first car was a Firebird Esprit. Plus I had one of the coolest jobs in high school, working in games for Six Flags Astroworld- yes, I rode the rides for free, and played arcade games for hours.Fast forward- I've been a college deejay, station operations manager~ preschool teacher~ bartender, waitress, and food trainer~ field technician (creek walker) and aquatic taxonomist~ environmental educator and camp director~ surface water treatment plant operator~and more! I like to think that I am fun, outgoing, open to new experiences and new people! Hanging out at home with good wine, movie, and company is wonderful, but also enjoy a local brew out at a local live show.
