As a young man in his native Ireland Anvil would spend countless hours listening to his father's classic American country LPs, soaking up every nuance that passed through his impressionable ears. At the ripe old age of 13 he left his tiny village to see the world and spread his brand of country music to all who would listen. Anvil has performed on stages in Ireland, Scotland, Wales, England, Japan, Korea, and Austrailia before landing on the shores of the U.S. and has since performed in Los Angeles, Detroit, Chicago, Miami, Pensacola, Jacksonville, Daytona Beach, Key West, Ft. Lauderdale, Buffalo, NYC, Nashville and many others. He currently resides in the mountains of western North Carolina and continues to record and perform his unique style of music all across the eastern United States.
