Computers, Science Fiction (omgSilverberg=love), Role Playing Games (tabletop, MMO, ccg, whatever - I've played for about 15 years now from one thing to the next but I wont clutter my entire 'interests' box with it.) Asian Food. Loud Music (esp. when it will piss off annoying neighbors). Philosophy. Writing. Reading. Tinkering. Modding. And from time to time, a bit of old fashioned Starcraft. And if you want to know more, go here : Shadowfade.
Music
(In no particular order of preference) Cradle of Filth, Caifanes, Tori Amos, Ben Folds, Ayumi Hamasaki, Gackt, The Gathering, The Sins of thy Beloved, X Japan, The Toids, Prefuse 23, Sekta Core, Cafe Tacuva, Maldita Vecindad, Todos Tus Muertos, Gossamer, The Infidel, Tapping the Vein, Slayer, Santa Sabina, Angeles del Infierno, Astral Projection -- in other words, I like piano music, heavy metal, electronic, a bit of industrial, and gypsy music ;) Sort of. Yeah. I will even listen to a bit of country if I'm both very depressed and very drunk but even then I'm pretty specific about it. Oh, and hip-hop when Phong puts it on in the car and I'm trapped =(.
Movies
Serenity(Firefly), Hero (Zhang Yimou) Gattaca, Evangelion, Dune/Children of Dune (books are better, tho) Escaflowne, Serial Experiments Lain, Fushigi Yugi, House of Flying Daggers I also collect martial arts movies, yes? And I'll watch anything with Jet Li in it. Trying to list all the movies that I like here would again be just silly.
Television
TV is for video games.
Firefly is good ^^
And anime of course.
Books
HAHAHAHA! Yes, I did do it.
First I must tell you I love to read. More than computer games (!!!). So heh. Here's a sample - but I go through 3-4 novels a week, easily, so there's no keeping up with me on this. Sorry.
I'll read anything except Westerns and Romance novels, both of which irritate me but for different reasons.
Heroes
Robert Silverberg (I think this is the third box I've typed his name in ) will probably always be one of my heroes. He's written hundreds (literally) of novels and novellas ( and short stories as well ) not a one of which hasn't inspired me in some way. I don't think he gets the recognition he deserves, honestly, though I am slowly converting people to my silverberg-worship. So he needs to speak at a convention I can afford to go to so I can go grovel at his feet. Yes that would be good.
Chisco, Irene, Alma, Sessy - for all they did for me after and during the years of my injury and for helping me prove the doctors wrong.

You are a Self-Discoverer
You're not religious, but you've created your own kind of spirituality. Introspective and thoughtful, you tend to look inward for the divine.You are distrusting of all forms of organized religion. You especially dislike religious gurus and leaders, who you feel are charlatans.
I've never been very good at condensing this sort of information into a few adjectives for this sort of display. I like to do creative and cultured things: write, play the piano, draw, paint, sing, and so forth ...but those who know me well know that the most likely place to find me is cemented to my computer chair, fingers flying across the keys, immersed completely into an online gaming world from which the only escape is to-the-bone fatigue in which your body can no longer support itself upright in the chair, at which point you drag your laptop into the bedroom, and play there. ------------------------------------------------- ::
And so I spend a large percentage of my life pretending to be someone or something that I'm not, that's the beauty of virtual reality, of the MMO, of the RPG - and when I can't do that, I lose myself into my books, to the alien landscape of Arrakis, to the cold metal of Orson Scott Card's Capitol, or the lush palaces of Carey's Terre D'Ange. Because of this, I find it hard to talk about my real life, to talk about myself ...because what am I if not a seeker, I just seek on a different plane of what we call reality. I am made from the images absorbed into my brain, to the myriad of planets I've travelled, the stars I've danced among, the imaginations of a thousand writers into which I have embedded myself. Their worlds, my world, like drumbeats in the background, like my heartbeat softly thudding between the pages
I cannot answer this question. .------------------------------------------------- ::

Looking for a Good Film?
------------------------------------------------------------
I just watched this film last night, "The Fountain" directed by Darren Aronovsky. This film is, simply put, amazing. I've read some of the negative reviews, and I admit that this movie can be kind of hard to grasp, there's a LOT of mythology and symbolism in it, but its definitely worth seeing. One of those things I could watch twice in a row just to get it, but man.
Who I'd like to meet: Robert Silverberg, Rachel Brice, C.S. Friedman, Edward Norton, H.M. Hoover, George Lucas, and so on and so forth and many people no longer living.
-------------------------------------------------:: ^^
And for your visual enjoyment, check out one of my favorite AMVs from one of my favorite anime ^ Not going to imbed it because then I'll start embedding everything and next thing you know we'll be drowning in play buttons. So clicky.

Apologies for vanishing - my internship at a radio station turned into a full blown job, and I simply haven't had time for gaming. (Or at least the long hours needed in an MMO timesink)
I doubt I'll be playing AoC either, at least for now.
Random fact of the day: I got Princess Maker 2 to work on my laptop last night! I'm soo giddy but when I was playing it the damn princess went broke and ran away at least 3 times! Gah! If only I could remember my former methods ><
