It's capable of provoking many emotions, from exhilarating rushes of adrenaline to tears of remembrance. It can lift you up or it can ground you. It's amazing how a melody can alter one's mind, spirit and existence all within seconds!
What causes this? Many things are responsible. From our life trials, spiritual beliefs, to the remarkable power of the human psyche; we are able to draw upon our personal experiences and relive our memories through the songs we hear and we relate.
Musicians understand this best. They write from their own convictions and have the ability to express it through their songwriting. A good musician can make you escape all of your current thoughts and cause you to surrender to his world almost effortlessly.
Ah, the Talent; so beautiful, so inspiring and so NOT ENOUGH...

They believe they understand their music best, therefore they think they can represent and manage it better than anyone else. Once they find out from horrific experiences, they come in search of a Manager...
