The music that we compose is to make people feel good and
positive inside, we sing about life and realistic issues around
the world but with a positive twist through the melody.
Our influences for playing music ranges from the Spanish- classical
guitaring from Latin- America to the licks from blues masters like
B.B. King and Eric Clapton. We use multiple beats so that each of
our songs sounds and feels different, so we are open minded to the
rhythms and beats from around the world. Our inspiration consists
of the off- beat in reggae to the deep bass and the basic 4-4 beats
in R “n” B and hip- hop, therefore we can not put our music under
a particular type of genre or style. What influence us to play the
music that we play and sing about are the global issues that have
been happening since the early twentieth century. To the great lyricist
such as Peter Tosh and Lucky Dube to the more modern and well known
bands like Audioslave, Rage Against the Machine and John Butler Trio
only to name a few, these people/ bands influence us to write
meaningful and up-lifting music.
