Whoever stole/wrote, produced, arranged, recorded, mixed, played, and party to your song "California Gurls" has infringed on my melody, lyrics, and musical riffs from my "Cali(fornia) Girl" song which was written long ago and copyrighted for recorded release in 2007-2008. My song was listed in many categories on 2008 Grammy list! Seriously, don't you folks have anything else to do besides rip other artists off!!!
If you want to pursue this illegal action and be sued let me know?? If you are not smart enough or musically proficient enough to hear it in the mix. I will be happy to help educate and school you!!
Here is the link for copyright infringement! It is my main two melodical riffs from my song underlying and overlaid on the her song! That is all I found so far!!! No doubt her upcoming album will be scrutinized for more theft of my musical and lyrical property! Seriously, to sing the same words from my song on the same melody from my song! How utterly impudent! How lame!!! A hook melody is the main part of every song the soul and identity of it! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright_infringemen
