It is very important to me that women take care of themselves. We take such good care of our kids, our men, our parents, our jobs, we forget about us. The most important thing is your physical fitness and health. Not your status, or the way you look!
One reason I love dance is because it is cardiovascular excercise that covers the full range of physical benefits (balance, strength, posture, coordination) and is also mentally, emotionally, and socially stimulating. I am SO GLAD that I love to dance. I want you to love to dance too. I want you to be strong and healthy. I want you to take care of Only You at least once a day!
