You may have seen this already if you've read my MySpace blog, but last week I launched a new monthly John Everson ~ Dark Arts e-Newsletter. It's a low-volume, periodic update on my new books, short stories, upcoming signings, etc.... and I'll also offer special offers and contests for signed books through the list. Since you are on my MySpace Friends list, I hope you (and any of your friends who are into horror) will sign up for the newsletter (it's free!) on my regular website -- at www. johneverson. com/list. htm. There's also a button that links to the signup form on my MySpace profile in the left column. Hope to share my Dark Arts with you!
We would greatly apreciate if you would check out our band, it's only guitar and vocals but please listen to it at least for the hell of it http://www.deeprealm.com/Black_Blood

A lot of my MySpace friends have been wondering where I've been lately and sending me lots of nice comments...and a few worried ones! Rest assured I didn't fall off the earth for the past month -- I just lost my balance for a couple weeks :-) I've been burning the candle 'til midnights lately to design a new anthology for Dark Arts Books called Waiting For October, which finally went to press this week! It features 12 stories in all -- three twisted, funny, gory, creepy and amazing stories each by four authors -- Jeff Strand, Adam Pepper, Sarah Pinborough and Jeffrey Thomas. I've also just finished updating the Dark Arts Books website with the table of contents and ordering info for Waiting for October; I hope you'll take a look and consider checking out a copy of the book! There are some stories in this collection that will haunt you for days!
