I'm in need of someone to play the Mad Hatter in Twisted Fairy Tales - the Musical on Saturday, May 5th and Sunday, May 6th at the Little Theatre at Phoenix Theatre. Twisted Fairy Tales - the Musical is an original production written by Insurrection Theater Company. It's partly scripted, partly improvised. One of the gags we've got going on is that the Mad Hatter is played by a different actor each night. We've got Stacey Reed, Sara Thompson, Bill Fuller, JC Ryden, and Jillian Courtney lined up to play the Mad Hatter. Tommy Schaeffer had to drop out on the 5th cause of another project. If you are available the show starts at 8pm, and call time is 6:30 pm. Sunday the show is at 2pm and call time is 12:30. We would provide you with a hat and a jacket, you'd just need to compile loud tacky pants and a shirt. I can email you the script so you could see the format of the Mad Hatter scene. Everything he says is in gibberish AND he reads lines that were written by the audience. He works closely with the White Rabbit to forward a specific scene.
