APOSTASY is a high-octane extreme metal force that's been ripping through southern Connecticut for the better part of the last decade. Since their conception in early 2002, the band has spent the past few years creating a blend of hardcore, death metal, thrash, and hard rock that would become a trademark sound. Powered by crushing classics like "Interstate Hate Song" and "Honor Through Carnage", Apostasy steamrolled through several many lineup rotations before settling on the current group of stellar musicians consisting of Ryan, Brian, John, and Will. Bringing influences from nearly every genre of extreme rock music, Apostasy has risen to a dominant status in the Connecticut music scene, largely due to their appeal to crowds of all tastes. The band has shared the stage with such defining bands as Obituary, Napalm Death, Strapping Young Lad, Therion, Dope, Mushroomhead, Powerman 5000, Manntis, Misery Signals, The Agony Scene, Wednesday 13, and the legendary Misfits.
