Jay and Jawnee make up Appogee. Birthed in a laptop in 2002 Jay started
started composing orginal songs. This collection of songs soon came to be known as Unconsicous Ruckus. Kanpai Records soon picked up the album and released it in late 2004. It was at this point Jay hooked up with Jawnee Burkes. The duo played consistantly throughout Southern California, Played CMJ 2004, and SXSW 2005, as well as toured the southern half of the US. Appogee music has been featured in multiple episodes of the ABC Family show WILDFIRE, the feature film ZATHURA, and other misc. commercials and films. Appogee has wrapped up their next record with help from Sylvia Massy (Tool, System of a Down, Johnny Cash). However the album will not come out under the APPOGEE monicur it will be under the new incarnation known as THAT NOISE
