Approaching Aver has not broken up. In our absence we have been hunting down a new bass player and also recording and workshopping new songs. We will be back. Do not forget us.

Approaching Aver is a 5 piece Alternative Rock band that formed in the beginning of 2008. They have achieved a lot in the short time they have been together, recording a 10 track album through Modern Music in Brisbane, and landing some spots supporting major artist such as The Getaway Plan and Dead Letter Circus.
