BIOGRAPHY
April’s End is a melodic metal band from Long Island, New York and features Sigh Robes on vocals, Daniel Buquicchio on guitars, JayR Castillo on bass, and Danny Lysogorski on drums. The band’s intense live show and superb song writing abilities have made them a popular act among the tri state hard rock scene. The band is currently completing an EP with five brand new songs. This EP marks the recording debut of drummer Danny Lysogorski, who has an extensive background in metal, rock, punk, and hardcore drumming. Each band member has a wide range of musical influences including female fronted pop rock groups such as Paramore and Swedish extreme metal titans, In Flames. The mix of metal, pop, and even some southern rock helps create an fresh and innovative style of hard rock that is sure to gain attention among musicians and fans of music alike. April’s End isn’t trying to align themselves with a particular musical genre or “scene”. They simply write music for themselves and people who care to listen. “Being in a band shouldn’t be about fitting in”, says guitarist Dan Buquicchio, “it should be about being original and having the balls to take your own route to success”.
You can purchase the band's debut cd, "Between Sin and Solitude", at CDbaby.com, iTunes, and ltcds.com (Looney Tunes).
