Members of the Reefer Sisters, who had shrunk down to a three piece, were sitting at the kitchen table, eating organic tomatoes, and trying to think of a new name for the band. Things had gotten stupid and names like Van Halen and Jethro Tull were popping up out of frustration. Jethro Tull turned into Aqualung, Aqualung turned into Aquaheart, and somehow the name Aquahead was invented. After one show, Aquahead disbanded in its original form of David Fielding - Bass, Tony Simmons - Drums and Sean on vocal and guitar. .. After playing with Aljiman, Sean had cohersed those members to also play for his band. Sean had written new songs with a totally new sound, so the band reformed about two years later with Wayne Wilson on bass and Jim Pennington on drums. .. This group disbanded and Sean reformed with the original drummer - Tony Simmons and a new bass player Ben Liman. This group played several shows including a standing room only event at the Kitchen Club in Lubbock. New songs were being presented and Aquahead was receiveing national attention and letters from recording companies such as TVT Records. But, Sean was the only one committed to this project. Frustrated with the business, Sean disbanded Aquahead. He enrolled in music school and developed jazz skills and played with different jazz combos. .. Still feeling the desire to play this music live, Sean took on Aquahead as a solo project. This didn't allow for the Aquahead sound to resonate so this trial ended after just a few shows. ....
