About me:
I'm a nutball.
I love traveling, writing, painting, and acting (although I haven't acted in a while) and I can't seem to get enough music. I also do a little amateur astrology on the side (my little hobby).
I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, graduated from Duncanville High in 1998, and moved to Denton in 2000 to attend UNT where I got my BA in German in 2004. I've done some travelling around Europe and love studying foreign languages.
I married my long time love on August 5, 2006. (We've been together since 1999). We're all grown up now. Heheh. We moved to Austin, Texas in December of 2006.
My friends say I'm kind and funny (or kind of funny) and I love a good conversation. I worked happily for a major airline for a couple of years, then miserably as a receptionist, and am now seeking employment in Austin.

Who I'd like to meet: There are oodles of people I'd like to meet; some of whom are pictured below.
My Current Video Fav's:
It's so difficult for me to choose just one song, but here is a little something from Joni Mitchell; my favorite artist of all time.
Even if you're not into ballet, you just can't deny the awesomeness that is Mikhail Baryshnikov. Check out the precision, artistry, and sheer strength of this performance.
I'm ok. Had a rhizotomy on my neck yesterday so I'm a little sore today. Hope you are doing well. Things at DL are crazy as ever...guess I just stick around because I'm just as crazy! lol
I'm with you, where is everybody? I like myspace alot better than facebook. I went to all the trouble to get on myspace and now everyone switched. May leave both!!!
Thanks very much for the nice comments about the wedding page. I will email you either tomorrow or Friday just to catch up. Really over nothing in particular; I just miss you is all.
Well I get all giddy about the holidays even more so now that I have kids. There has been plenty of cookie baking, light watching, and Christmas song singing goodness around my house as of late. (Of course we are also blessed with runny noses, sore throats, and nasty coughs too. ) I don't think it's possible to stay well for too long!
I have bedroom furniture but no living room stuff which works out for now since I haven't gotten my TV hooked up just yet. Thanks for thinking of me. I'm really sorry I haven't been able to sit down properly and talk with you. I appreciate everything you told me about waiting to start my new stuff and thought about you as I was moving this weekend. I promise to call you this week and catch up :)
