thanks Aquatic for the info! one more quick question- The first set of fry are about 1 month old now and they are the same color as my red terror that was just kicked out of the tank.He was blue and black. How long does it take for the red devil fry to show orange color of their parents.
hi I registered for your website today and I posted this same exact question in your forum-please help I'm praying for a fast response
Seems like my red devils have been getting busy. We have a 120gal fish tank that used to be the home of several cichlids but we gave them away when we noticed the devils laid eggs. There were probably 50 babies swimming around few weeks ago but now there are only 6 the size of my pinky fingernail(that we consistently see). We didn't notice their eggs this second time around, but as of 3 days ago there are atleast 100 babies swimming around this time. Can anyone give any info on how to take care of them and when should we seperate them from their parents so they won't get eaten like the first batch?
Glad to join up with you! Do check our latest DVD - short documentaries dealing with over 70 tropical marine families. Samples on our MySpace profile or click the picture above to view them on our website.
