the arabada collective is a fairly organic, improvisational, live drum 'n' bass band.
we have recently found ourselves getting horribly into our dubstep, so look out for some of that kind of bouncy deepness sneaking into our live sets soon...
we are currently looking for more band members, primarily:
a synth player,
a trumpeter,
a percussionist,
a turntablist,
these are the peeps we need, but if you play anything else you think would add to the mix then get in touch,
you have to be able to jam/freestyle as we do a lot of improvisation,

have a vague idea of your line up for may 1st. but i know that you sometimes play several instruments. so, an idea of ammount of channels would be good, whats in stereo and if 2 things might share a channel etc. i have 16 to play with so can be quite flexible. mostly what you have will be easy to mix so i want to put some time into the vocals and have pete and your new guy understood.
I'll sure hit you when in UK, a friend of mine went to live in London last month and I'll pass by during this spring. Hope you'll have a gig there during my vacation time...
April 4th at The Flag marks one year of Inspiral events. In that time we've put on 25 Flag events, a town centre family day, a skate comp, and a sold out Theatre show at the Palace. Not bad. We want to celebrate this and let you know of our plans for this year........so we're having the biggest show yet. And the Quiche are back......
