Hi, we'd like to take this space to let you know (maybe once again or even for the 5th time) that L.i.E. will be one of four regional bands opening up for MOTOGRATER at The New Brookland Tavern ... this Saturday, Dec. 5. Doors open at 7 .. $10 at the door. Check out any of the bands playing on MySpace.
Motograter was involved with Ozzfest in 2003 and had their song Suffocate featured on the Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake .. and they promise to deliver one entertaining show.
I would like to know if your gonna be on the documentary, and or the show
I've been kind of lolly gagging around trying to get stuff, done.
Thank God, I have it done now.
I am setting up dates for me to interview bands in Jan., if you are interested please let me know.
Set out a date for me to do this. The show also won't be till Jan, due to alot of bands not giving me answers in enough times. I'll let you know the show date on Jan 3rd. I will be sure to update you, on anything, else. Please, Message me,e ven if the answer happens to be no. Do this for the kids.
I may have to rescehdule the show for the 21st of December instead of the 20th. I want as much people in the scene to show up as possible. and Chilvary would be playing at NBT on the Dec 20th. I wouldn't want to take people from that show, because our local bands would be playing there. I will also have the set list, done by I believe the 21st or 22nd of November. I need final answers. Here is the information I have so far, and the bands that are playing
I want the show to start atleast by 5:30, no later.
So, in all words the bands MUST be there at 5pm. Please don't be late, this show is not beneficiary to me, it is to you.
I am also looking for a portable stage to rent, so if you know anyone, church, renting place, the etc. Please let me know.
The Documentary will be REALLY up and running by December. I just need more participation. The show cost 7 bucks to get in. None of the bands will be paid since it is a Benefit Show.
You can bring a can food item and get one dollar taken off!
One more thing, so you know where your money would be going to. I have to pay for the venue, so the money it cost to play there, will be some of the money you would be paying to get in. The rest will go to Ronald Mcdonald House, and money for toy's for tots. We will be donating toys for the local poor children.
There will also be pizza and drinks for sale. 1 dollar each.
I will have a table for each band to set up their things. I will have someone that's been hired to work each of yourtables the whole night, even if you aren't playing. It would only be 5 bucks, for the table, and you keep all of the money, you get from the buyers.
Here are the bands so far, that are playing, if you would like to play let me know by November 22nd please, so I can get a set list together.
