Aránzazu Calleja (1977, Bilbao) holds a degree in Fine Arts, violinist and composer. She combines education with the composition of musical soundtracks for films, television, theater pieces and with the illustration of children's stories. She received the prize for the Best Original Soundtrack at the 7th Soria Short Film Festival for the music of Borja Cobeaga’s short film "One Too Many", nominated for the 79th Academy Awards 2007. She has composed the music of the first, second and third edition of the TV show "El Coro de la Cárcel" (Special Mention of the Jury in the Ondas International Awards 2006). She has composed the soundtrack of the first feature film of Borja Cobeaga "Pagafantas". She has just received a sholarship Berklee College of Music, Boston, U.S to study the degree of Film Scoring.

Aránzazu Calleja (1977, Bilbao) es Licenciada en Bellas Artes, violinista y compositora. Compagina la enseñanza musical con la composición de música para el audiovisual y la ilustración infantil. Recibió el Premio a la Mejor Banda Sonora en el 7º Certamen de Cortometrajes Ciudad de Soria con la música de "Éramos Pocos" de Borja Cobeaga, cortometraje nominado al Oscar de la Academia 2007. Ha puesto música a la tres ediciones del programa de TVE1 "El Coro de la Cárcel" (Mención Especial del Jurado en los Premios Ondas Internacional 2006). Recientemente ha compuesto la banda sonora del primer largometraje de Borja Cobeaga "Pagafantas". Acaba de recibir una beca de la Berklee College of Music de Boston, EEUU, para estudiar la carrera de Film Scoring.
