Arcade Legends's Blurbs |
About me:
Arcade Legends is the only place in Cincinnati (or anywhere near) that is dedicated to classic and current arcade gaming & pinballs. There will be NO redemption games taking up space where a little seen gems like Rolling Thunder or Michael Jackson's Moonwalker are. There is, however, alot of great 80's, 90's and a few 00's arcade games and pinball machines (see the BOOKS section for a running list). If there are any you'd like to see in the arcade, send us an email or comment on that as well. We appreciate and encourage any suggestions for games you'd like to play. If we get enough requests for any game we will search it out and we will find it and you will play it. We will be rotating games as we get a hold of them to keep things fresh so if you want to play, say, NBA Jam, let us know and we will search it out.
We also have a GIGANTIC 106" screen that will house a current console game and will also be used for tournaments. You will be playing on a real arcade fighting console ripped directly from a Showcase cabinet so this will NOT be like playing it at home. As if that weren't enough, we also have a couple more console stations available for casual play and tournaments.
For all of you interested in obtaining high scores, we will have a flat panel display with the current high score for every game with the current champions name next to it. Have the bragging rights to best score in the city or even go for the world record! Ask us how. TOURNAMENTS
We will be having tournaments of various sorts at least 2-3 times a month. All tournaments will have a cash prize to the winner or winners plus various other prizes supplied by sponsors. Entry fees will vary by tournament. Obviously the more people that sign up and the higher the entry fee, the bigger the prize! PARTY ROOM AND PRIVATE EVENTS Stop in, call us or email us about private events or birthday parties. The party room can be rented out in 2-3 hour blocks most days or evenings. Rates vary by group size.
