Life can be scary. Let's admit that for a moment. If we admit that then we can see that control is the answer. And control comes from knowledge - from breaking every problem down into its smallest part and dealing with it. Deal with the facts.

And its that logical knowledge that gives you an edge in sales. I am that edge. All the delegates that invest their time in my series of workshops see success. Success that comes from knowing their customers better than they know themselves. By slotting people in to the right box, you can sell them anything.

Analyse everything, consider anything, dismiss nothing.

Or least that was what I thought - before the recession took it all away. What does the guy with all the answers do when the answers don't work anymore?
