    Send me an IM!

In no particular order: Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket ice hockey (playing AND/OR watching), football, motorcycles, Budweiser, music (playing, writing, AND/OR listening), a little golf now and then, shooting my .38 Special, softball, "Family Guy", reading, hangin' with my friends. I like a lot of things, really. For example, I don't fish often, or get out on the water, but I DO enjoy it. I just don't get to do it a lot. I like snowmobiling, but don't get to do that often, either. You just never know!

  • Music

My taste varies. I like everything from Metallica and Godsmack and Sevendust to Steely Dan, Journey, and Stevie Ray Vaughan. The best concert I ever saw? The Eagles. I play guitar, bass guitar, keyboards, and drums. I'm not particularly excellent at any of them, but I do well enough to get by. I write and record my own music, though it takes a lot of time, and I always seem to be doing SOMETHING that keeps me from holing up in my studio. Music is a BIG part of my life, but does not define my life.
  • Movies

Well, heck, where to start? I don't prefer a specific genre, I like films based on their own merit. I loved the Star Wars series. Incredible! The last film I saw in theatres was "Pirates 2". (obviously, it been awhile!) I collect DVD's, but many of them are unopened still... I just don't sit still long enough to stay home and watch them!
  • Television

If I'm watching TV, it's most likely a sporting event. I do love the classics... "M*A*S*H", "Cheers", etc... and the timeless stuff like "I Love Lucy", and "Mr.Ed". I love "Family Guy", always enjoyed "Beavis and Butthead", "The Simpsons". There's a LOT of good TV out there, really. The CSI shows are great. "Shark" is pretty good, so is "Two and A Half Men" Never watched a single "Survivor", or "Big Brother". I like the documentary shows on National Geographic Channel... or the History Channel. Fascinating stuff!
  • Books

I'm reading "Call Of The Game", a book about sportscasting. Also recently, I read "The DaVinci Code". Enjoyed it quite a bit. I've also been enjoying reading John Grisham books. I've always liked Stephen King, and have also enjoyed Clive Cussler. Fiction is what I read most. I did read a series of Piers Anthony books... not usually my cup of tea, but the "Incarnations Of Immortality" series was quite intriguing. Sometimes I read the phone book, but only if I'm looking for a number. (That was a joke... just in case anyone reads this far!)
  • Heroes

The only true heroes are our men and women of the Armed Forces, and those who put their lives in danger for the benefit of others, like our police, fire, search and rescue personnel, etc. I admire them for their selfless courage. Sure, there are sports "heroes" and music "heroes", but for my money, it's those who give of themselves. They are MY heroes.

About me:

How the hell do you capsulize yourself into a concise paragraph? I'll tell you this much... I'm pretty diverse, and there's a lot more than meets the eye. (And there's a LOT that meets the eye!!) I keep busy, and I love the things that I do. If you choose to be my friend (and I don't mean just clicking me on MySpace), you will find me to be a good-hearted guy who tries to keep it simple. Who I'd like to meet:

I want to find a woman who I can be perfectly comfortable with. That I can openly communicate with. That I can trust, and be trusted by. Someone not afraid to take a chance. Someone who loves to laugh. I've been crushed in the past, and I'm in no hurry to endure THAT torture again, but at the same time, I DO believe in love. I'm not in a rush... but I AM keeping my eyes open.

SHUT THE FUCK UP I Got This Shit at Photobucket
