About me:

In the year of 1987 one of God's anointed vessels walked across the door seal of Saint Joan of Arc Catholic Church, he was Tyronne G. Foster. Upon entering the doors he was extremely amazed by the harmonic sounds of the Saint Joan of Arc Youth and Young Adult Choir. The anointing of the choir flowed so well that he has been affiliated with this Catholic Church on the corner near the river bend that has a huge spirit for twenty years. The Saint Joan of Arc Youth and Young Adult Choir was invited as special guest for the Gospel Music Workshop of America, New Orleans Chapter in 1989. The following year they received the Best Youth Choir award from this illustrious chapter and went on to be recognized by the New Orleans Black Social Workers as choir of the year in 1992. A new chapter began in 1992 when this choir was affectionately named "Tyronne Foster and the Arc Singers." This afforded Saint Joan of Arc Catholic Church the oppotunity to open its doors to all denominations allowing this body to become recognized as a community choir. Before you knew it this choir was performing at the Tulane University's McAllister's Auditorium for Yolanda Adams and singing the National Anthem for the University's first home game. Keeping a strong rapport with Tulane University, they were delighted to participate in a telvision commercial that promoted the "Buddy System" in regards to Coach Buddy Teevens who was expecting a winning season. Over the years this choir has wooed many audiences, ranging from Pete Fountain Productions and the Organ Donor Legacy Foundation just to name a few. In 1994 the choir made its first appearance at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival and has appeared every year since. In 1996 this annointed choir made its first International tour to Norway, Europe. While there, they ministered through song to over six hundred audience members plus. Choir members, musicians, and the director were treated like royalty. As God continued to anoint Tyronne Foster and the Arc Singers he afforded them opportunity to record a commercial for the New Orleans Saints entitled "Bless You Boys" which aired on WWL, Channel 4 for the entire 1996 football season. Upon completion of this great endeavor, the choir entered the recording studios again where they recorded the theme song for the Blue Cross "Angel Award" and later sung in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for the recipient of this great award. In 2004 Tyronne Foster and the Arc Singers boarded the planes again to tour Norway, Europe where they had record-breaking numbers at concerts. This tour afforded them the oppotunuty to meet McDonalds Resturant owner who was richly blessed by their ministry that he offered to feed them for free whenever they tour Norway, Europe. In 2007 the choir became International Travelers again revisiting Norway, Europe but this time it wasn't just to sing at various concerts, but to be featured on the Ansgar Gospel Choir CD. They were able to record three songs "Lift Jesus, Blessed Assurance and It Is Well." God has truly blessed Tyronne Foster and the Arc Singers and he's not through yet. Traveling around the United States and even internationally doesn't compare to the relationship each person of this organization has with God. Tyronne Foster and the Arc Singers are on a steadfast march to build the Master's Kingdom. The motto states it all "Give God Your Best and He'll Do The Rest."
