Today brings great news for Manchester dance music lovers as new
superclub, AREA51 announces it will open its doors on Friday 1st
February with a huge weekend of parties hosted by clubbing giants,
Kissdafunk and Cr2 Records.
It follows weeks of speculation that the venue formerly known as Emporia
had been sold to new owners. The rumours were true and after a complete
new refit, new management and a fresh brand identity, it will reopen as
AREA51; specialising in putting on the very best in house, electro, techno
and minimal nights with a HUGE FUNKTION1 sound system that will blow you
away.
Over the next few months AREA 51 will evolve into one of Manchester’s
super clubs. By striding to be the most innovating and fun club to visit
in Manchester they will be hosting parties with big names such as Cr2,
Toolroom,Kissdafunk, Luna, Filth and Stereo Slut. With big line ups, new promotions
and new décor attracting an up for it party crowd, 2008 is going to be the
year AREA 51 lands on the UK clubbing map.
