Ares & the Tribe - the international group which plays roots reggae! The origins of the band are connected to the record "Great Awakening" from 2002 which included the smash hit "Crazy Summer" When the Greek frontman of the band, Jah Ares came back from the USA and the Ariston Roots Reggae Studio was established, a boom in performing records took place. The maxisingle "Jah Bless" and the record "Great Return" (2007) were brought out. The second performance contributed rich dubs and it landed in the trade magazine Free Colours plebiscite as the best reggae record of the year! The music of the Ares & the Tribe is deeply rooted in Rastafari ideology. The band preformed before Misty in Roots, African Head Charge, Twinkle Brothers... The third record "JahJah Children 2009" will be performed soon. They lives day by day with a Positive, Spiritual and Uplifting Vibration!

Fue fundado al sacar al mercado un LP "Great Awakaning" en 2002 incluyendo un éxito "Crazy Summer". Cuando el líder del grupo, un griego, Jah Ares "Hatzi" volvió de EEUU, se estableció el Ariston Roots Reggae Studio. Entonces se sacaron los siguientes discos, el maxisingle "Jah Bless" y el LP "Great Return" en 2007. El segundo fue enriquecido por los dubs y llegó a la lista de la revista Free Colours como el mejor reggae LP! La música del grupo está arraigada en la ideología de Rastafari proclamando una idea de "Unite Jah Children - One Love". Ares & the Tribe actuaron antes de los conciertos de Misty in Roots, African Head Charge, Twinkle Brothers... El tercer roots LP ""JahJah Children 2009".
