Welcome to my lil' page at MySpace I am 27 and married with a great husband, and wonderful lil girl. I met my husband back in 1999. My aunt introduced me to him, and we were married in October of 2003.
My husband, Justin, is employed at Paul and Judy's Coins and Cards as a shipping manager. They are big into selling poker items right now-along with beanies, and Amish goods.
My little girl, Skye, could be described as a little drama queen who enjoys listening and dancing to music, drawing, and watching movies. Her current idol right now is Hannah Montanna. She's beginning second grade this year.
I'm a small town girl who's from the midwest. I enjoy the small town life. I love to visit the city, but would never plan on living there. I enjoy writing poetry and content articles, making jewelry, spending time with my family, watching movies, knitting on my new knitting loom, and reading. I also enjoy going on evening walks when the weather is cool, but not chilly. Sometimes it's just hard trying to find someone to go with me!
My current addiction right now is Cato's Clothing store. I can't seem to get enough of them.
As for movie stars, I have a strange thing for Kevin Spacey. Somehow I am just attracted to his talented acting. And I also adore Mandy Moore. She has such great movies and music.
IN MEMORY OF

My lil Angel, our dog for a little over 13 years old, passed away on Saturday, February 16th, 2008. I will miss her very much. This spot is for her memory. I was 13 years old and I got her when she was around 6 months old. She used to run around in the back yard with us, lift her head up into the sunshine, and loved the outdoors in the summer. She loved her doggy treats, and I loved her lil kisses. She even had a favorite blanket. She was a part of our family for many years. I'll never forget her, and hope that maybe one day, I might get to see her in heaven again. She was my lil Angelina. I plan on creating a jewelry line in memory of her too.
I hope she is running somewhere in the sunshine and looking down on us. I am really gonna miss her. I loved her alot.

For those who would like to know what I have been doing with my life, I am a self published poet and a freelance writer.
I currently write content for Demand Studios & Associated Content. I am also employed full time at a Community Action Agency where we have a food pantry and assist people with utilities, rent, prescriptions, and other services. I am the data technician and receptionist there. I've been there for 5 years.
I'm here at myspace to meet up with family, old friends, and perhaps make new friends as well :)

I started a poetry group for Central IL in 2004 and it currently has about 10 members :) We usually meet on the 3rd Saturday of each month. Last year we started a new tradition. We go "Poetry Caroling" downtown in Arcola around Christmas time. Every couple of months or so we also have poetry readings at the healthcare center in Arcola too. They love us there :)
We also have an annual fall poetry reading and also one in the Spring too. During the winter, we have fun playing word games, and in the summer, we have cookouts and plenty of fun!
