Hey, Y'all!! I am Ariel Jade and I am 15 years old. I have been playing my guitar for 8 years. My interest of music bloomed when I was about 2. My grandmother used to live in North Carolina and when we would visit her we would go see bluegrass performances. I fell in love with the guitar instantly! From the age of 2, I was begging for a guitar. When I was finally 8, my parents gave in and got me one. I was ECSTATIC! My first guitar lesson came on April 18, 2001. My wonderful instuctor, Tim Avalon, strummed his guitar and told me to do the same. I did, looked at his, asked him to strum it again, then I strummed mine. I looked up at my dad and said, "I need a better guitar!" I saved and saved and finally split the cost of a parlor-sized Larrivee. Now as I have gotten older, I have picked up the mandolin. I have been singing since before I could talk! Performing and singing is my passion and it is what I would love to do with the rest of my LIFE! ***I just recently( July 21, 08, to be precise lol) got a 000-42 Martin and that is what i am playing now. i absolutely love it! THANK YOU MOM AND DAD!*** I have also had the honor of playing with: Bryan Sutton{on stage}, Wayne Henderson{on stage}, Bobby Hicks{it's a long and embarrassingly hilarious story}, Dana Cupp{on stage}, Terry McKinney{on stage}, Wayne Ledford, Max Woody{on stage}, & Carl Jackson{backstage}. I have met Doc Watson and I was lucky enough for him to sign my guitar. I have been recorded by Mr. Phill Lawson and Sergeo Fernandez. I love learning little riffs and getting advice from these great people and they have helped me become what I am now. Bluegrass folks are awesome like that. Thank you so much! I am a Junior this year in high school and when I graduate I hope to attend Berklee College of Music to earn a double major in Songwriting and Musical Performance. Then Law school, ha. I am currently working with Renee Grant-Williams on my vocals...She is fantastic! My manager is Darin McCullough so for booking PLEASE CONTACT HIM! Thank You So Much! Call his cell 601.540.5357 or you also may reach him at 601.362.0551 ~Ariel Jade

"Ticklin' The Strings" by Sweet Hollywaiians
Amazing Japanese hot string band playing 1920's, 30's, 40's style hawaiian, swing, calypso, blues, italian music and originals, featuring vintage instruments.3 songs with Robert Armstrong and Tony Marcus(from Robert Crumb and His Cheap Suit Serenaders)
"The Sweet Hollywaiians have probably the best feel for this 20's music of any string band working today. They manage the rare feat of sounding relaxed even when their playing is hot, are top notch musicians with tasteful arrangements and a full, rich, warm sound.Plus, they have a nice gamut of tunes, from King Nawahi to Giovanni Vicari to Bobby Leecan. See them live, if you can, for an unforgettable experience. If you can't, buy their Cds!" ~ Terry Zwigoff

I know that many artists from North America don't have their music videos uploaded to German video websites. The most popular websites are MyVideo.de and ClipFish.de. That means your European audience does not have the chance to find them.
I understand that most of you don't speak German and are not able to upload videos because of the language barrier. If you would like me to upload your videos to the German video websites, please let me know.
Thanks
