Unless you go to... say... MEXICO... the exchange rate between the dollar and many other currencies is, to put it colorfully, ASS RAPE. And there's no other choice but to brace yourself and take it. I quite like the UK, so I've become pretty zen about this being the land of the $5 cup of coffee.
