This is a music video I created of a song I wrote years back on the horror and futility of nuclear war. It was inspired by my own experiences in the Cold War Navy and just how close we came to the unthinkable.
I recently had a class called "Art and War" in which I had to create a project and a music video around this theme seemed to fit. I got an "A" by the way.

Even though I'm listed on here as a musician, I'm not currently performing out anywhere. However, creating a musician account is my first step towards moving back into the arena and sharing my creations with the world. I play guitar, keyboards, harmonica, and have been singing since I was the age of 2. I've written a number of songs that have gotten great reviews when I've performed them and I'm in the process of remaking recordings and videos of them all.
My goal as a musician is not necessarily to use my talent for fame and fortune. I live a comfortable life and get much more reward simply from the artistic expression. As with any artist, sharing your creations is an important part of the process and Myspace seems to be a wonderful venue for that.
I'm a man with two very talented sons, ages 17 and 13, live in the Phoenix area of Arizona, and work in the computer programming field. I've had a very diverse life and am a jack of all trades. So far I've really not found anything I couldn't master if I put my mind to it.
I despise fundamentalism, greed, and bullies and have made it my life goal to always stand up to those types in life so if you fit one of those descriptions, you've met your match. My political views are somewhere between right and left depending on the issue which means I often get branded as a liberal because often those on the right get offended and live by the mantra - "If you're not with us, you're against us." That motto has worked so well lately.
By the way, found a new site for displaying and sharing your music that seems to have a unique way of rating your songs. It's called OurStage. Please check out the link below not just to hear my stuff but because I think they have some wonderful music on their site.
Hey, we need to throw the Republicans out of office this year. Normally I'm a very independent voter but there's a stench coming from that party right now because they abused their majority and their power. The only way to show them that they've failed us is to send them packing by electing Democrats (I'd advocate other parties but let's face it none of them have a chance. Maybe down the road).
