Arlin is our dear cousin that went missing in 1991. We love and miss him very much. If he's out there, somehwere, we just want to know. He doesnt have to come back, just as long as we know he's ok and still alive!
He was born on March 16 1980. He was last seen riding his bike on July 25 1991 at 5:00 pm in the vicinity of his home in Moscow Mills, Missouri.
