this is what the constitution says about taxation: The Congress shall have power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises [ . . . ] but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States [ . . .

And This is the Sixteenth Amendment: "The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

The sixteenth amendment is a direct contradiction to the constitution, and It is the sixteenth amendment which supposedly makes the Federal income Tax legal. upon further inspection, one will find that this amendment never received the minimum amount of states to ratify it! this fact has been sited in modern court cases.
Also, upon further inspection, one will find that there is not a law on the books which states that we even have to pay the income tax! The IRS was enacted, started collecting taxes, and there is not even an official law stating we must pay it. It is a voluntary tax.
Keep in mind as well that the money collected from income tax is the main source of money that is used in our overseas warfaring and mass murder that we commit If you choose to stop paying this voluntary, murderous tax, go into HR at work, request your W-4, and claim exempt status. it is that easy.
