| General | Art, games, movies, and anime. The order of preference varies from day to day. It also occurs to me I should list 'women,' which have a special place somewhere in that stack that I don't want to admit. | | Music | There's very little musc I actually dislike, so I'm good with whatever. I prefer rock, though, and tend to lean toward soundtracks and background music. Bad lyrics can ruin perfectly good music, so foriegn wins bonus points, too. | | Movies | Shrek, Perfect Blue, The Shawshank Redemption, Stranger Than Fiction, American Beauty, X-Men 1&2, Eternal Sunshine of the Spoless Mind, Porco Roso, Shaolin Soccer. I could go on for a very long time, but I think those are a pretty good base set. | | Television | If I sit down in front of the TV its usually to play a game or to watch a movie with friends. We have gotten into the habit of watching television through/off the internet, which has allowed us to keep up with certain gems like Robot Chicken and Avatar: The Last Airbender. I also, consumer whore that I am, collect the DVD boxes of 24, South Park, and am finishing my collection of Quantum Leap. | | Books | I read through all the Harry Potter books around the time Goblet hit DVD and was pretty pleased with them. I'd hoped they would springboard me back into books a bit more, but when I sit down to read it still seems to be mainly comics and manga. For those, I'm an X-men whore, and Udon's work with Street Fighter and Exalted has me hooked. Berserk is still number one manga, I buy the books though I already have the fan-translated files and its torture to wait for new volumes of either one. Also currently reading through GTO, Love Hina, and Excel Saga. | | Heroes | My heroes are my co-workers and almost everybody I know in my industry. Basically, anybody who has turned one of their passions into something they can do with their lives, ESPECIALLY if the purpose is to make other people happy. I'm sure it stretches way beyond the game industry, but these are the people I know, and I'm proud to be one of them. |

About me:
I'm a 3D artist and all around gamer. For being either one of those, I'd like to think I've got my life in pretty good order, but then, maybe the secret of life is much easier to achieve than anybody really thinks.

Anyone interesting, I'll say. I mainly signed on to help keep tabs on some of my friends and I enjoy being able to check their blogs even though I'm at least a state away from them.
