Did you hear what happened on Monday at the site Sean chose when he won your season a year and a half ago? A very tragic happening to say the least as the top two floors of Trump SoHo collapsed. I found links to a few articles on this you might want to see.

Sorry I've been a stranger as I have been extremely busy of late:
Don't know if you heard or not, but it appears that Bethenny (from Martha's version) is in a new show on Bravo called Manhattan Moms (and is the only non-mother on that show). I found out about it on of all places the New York Racing Association website in an article there at:
They happened to be filming at Aqueduct when Bethenny was there a couple of weeks ago for her birthday. The article focused more on her being the daugther of Bobby Frankel and the stepdaughter of John Parisella (another longtime New York-based thoroughbred trainer). Very good stuff.
I go Hair to Hair with Donald Trump on National Television on this Wednesday Night at 9:00 pm ET and Midnight ET! You won't believe what happened, but I actually ran my fingers through his hair! You gotta see this to believe it! I had to let you know! Please don't miss it! The show is called "The Billionaire Inside"!
Details again are:
Donald Trump and Henry Weinacker (Hair to Hair!) "The Billionaire Inside" 9:00 pm ET and Midnight ET Wednesday, October 17th Channel is CNBC
Just read Tim's blog on "The Ponderosa", and he had quite a few interesting things to say about everyone that he met with after he was "fired" on the show.
On another front, Mark Simone had a very special guest co-host in Dan Ingram on his "Saturday Night Oldies" show on WABC this past Saturday night. Dan showed why he is still "The Master" on the show this past Saturday night, and why he is still considered one of the greatest air personalities of all time!
If you didn't get to hear the show live, you can download the entire show (sans commercials) by going to the massive tribute site for MusicRadio 77WABC at:
http://www.musicradio77.com
Once there, right-click the links to download all four hours of the show.
If you get a chance, you should download and listen to it, as you'll learn a lot in these four hours why Dan Ingram is still as beloved as he is!

I assume you've heard by now that the show WILL BE BACK for a seventh season (I didn't learn about it until Saturday night)!! I was pretty sure it would be back because the show was still doing well with 18-49 as well as high income viewers (those earning $100,000 or more a year).
The only reason I thought there was such a delay in getting a deal done was NBC's fall lineup was so panned by critics from my understanding that NBC had to do work on that because they could even talk with Burnett and Mr. Trump about bringing the show back.
Did you happen to see Michael Eisner's interview with Mark Burnett on CNBC Monday night? If you didn't, you should try to see it when it repeats Saturday night (June 30) at 8:00 and 11:00 PM your time. The interview with Burnett comes up about 20 minutes into that show, and it's very enlightening about how Burnett saw the changes that were coming in TV and capitalized on them.
Just posted a new blog on the 40th anniversary of the release of the Beatles' classic album "Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band", an album that all these years later is still an all-time classic.
Also, it appears "The Apprentice" may not be dead yet. There are articles out that note a shakeup at NBC-Universal has resulted in people who were not fans of the show out while people coming in are such.
Couple of things you might want to check out on Monday (May 28), both on radio:
First, WLS Radio (890 AM) in Chicago is doing "Rewind", where the station is going back to its music roots from 5:00 AM-Midnight local time (6:00 AM-1:00 AM Tuesday where you are), with many of the stations legendary music personalities returning to do live shows. More on this can be found at:
http://www.wlsam.com/Article.asp?id=408961&spid=
(you can on the site find the link to listen live)
This is being patterned after WLS' mother station, the lengendary WABC (770 AM) in New York, which has gone back to its music roots every year since 1998 with "Rewound", where WABC goes back and plays actual shows from when it was the legendary MusicRadio 77WABC. The inspiration for doing this comes from a massive tribute website for MusicRadio 77WABC that you can see for yourself at:
http://www.musicradio77.com
From there, you can hear many airchecks that made WABC such a great station.
WABC's version runs from 6:00 AM-6:00 PM Eastern Time with a two-hour post-Rewound special that follows from 6:00-8:00 PM Eastern. There also is a special message board for WABC's "Rewound" that you can see by going to:
http://www.musicradio77.com/popstds/wwwboard
(There is a link there where you can listen to WABC's "Rewound" live!)
You can post to the board by e-mailing the webmaster (Allan Sniffen, who also will be co-host of the post-"Rewound" special on WABC) at asniffen@computer.net and getting a login name and password. I'm sure there will also be posts about WLS' "Rewind" there as well.
Thought you might enjoy getting a chance to hear what Top 40 radio was really like from when I was growing up and before.
hey.. wuts up? i was listening to nikki's interviews, but i'm having trouble downloading the last part. can u see if you guys can get it back up and working??? thanks. c/b
Heard ALL SIX HOURS of your interview with Nicole. It was no wonder, she had a gift of gab that made it very easy for it to run that long, and it could have actually been longer the way she was going!
I assume you've heard by now Mr. Trump decided not to do another season of the show, saying he was "moving to a new TV venue."
It sounds to me more like NBC only intended to bring the series back if it looked like writers were going to strike later this summer, forcing a lot of NBC's new shows to shut down production and leaving NBC with major holes to fill in the schedule. Mr. Trump I would suspect didn't like that idea, and used the "new venue" as an excuse to end the series before NBC could beat him to it, not wanting Burnett to take the show to ABC in particular with him at the helm because of the run-ins with people there that he's had (especially with Rosie, as I assume you know there were stories that other networks were interested in the show, and I would have suspected Disney/ABC would have been leading that charge if so).
Been reading Tim's blog, where he's been providing some great insights on the show and what all of you went through! His thoughts from the first three episodes are now up, which I've included links to below:
HAPPY MOTHERS DAY to not only all the mom's that read this, but to all the women that read this as well too!
May you reading this have a blessed week!
REMEMBER:
"Each and every day we start with a blank canvas. It is all the actions that we take that are the strokes painting the beautiful portrait to our life. - the black and white landscape colored in by the emotions of our day." ~Henry Weinacker
YOU are the artist of your week. Here's to creating a beautiful masterpiece!
"If you could go through life with just one emotion, let it be Belief - Belief in others, Belief in yourself, and Belief in Someone greater than us. After all, it is the lack of belief that is the real root to one's hesistance in life. BELIEF trumps Fear." ~ Henry
Book Release 2008
I hope you have a blessed finish to the week. Keep smiling every second and remember that Belief is one of the most beautiful gifts you can give another person.
