關於我：
Armed with a Paintbrush is a charitable non-profit organization established to raise funds for organizations working to better the lives of disadvantaged and displaced youth in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
We raise funds through the sale of paintings created by the children served by these organizations. Weekly painting classes are taught by a local artist and all proceeds go directly towards improving the children’s care and education.
Our most immediate aims are to expose the children with whom we work to the therapeutic and creative potential of art and to teach them the value of “earning their keep” through the sale of their paintings. But the ultimate goal is to expand the children’s academic and social horizons, increase their chances to obtain stable employment in the future, and give them a newfound sense of confidence in their ability to realize their life dreams.
