Armoredbaby is Mark Sunshine or just SUN for short. SUN is an artist who was discovered existing around deep ocean volcanic vents, where no other musician or artist was ever known to exist. After being brought to the surface by a team of scientists, he was immediately placed into a chamber and had an identifying moniker attached to him, thus Armoredbaby was born.
CURRENT MADNESS
2009: I once came into possession of old promotional cassettes. They are full length and shall be taped over so: I am in the middle of creating a cassette project called Amstrad V. Borderline; endangered; close to extinction; antiquated: these aspects grip me, fascinate me, distract me. Build your own cassette image at this interesting site.
My main focus for the past year has been RIOTGOD I am the vocalist for this band.
Sometimes I use Live 6 and other things to make sounds but am primarily a vocalist. Most recently, besides RIOTGOD, I participated in HellLab2, a group improvisation, captained by Daryll Hell. I have also recorded with Glenn Snelwar for his At War With Self project. Glenn also plays guitars and percussion on the "Poison Tongue" track featured here.
Armoredbaby is part of a musical collective when he is not masterminding other projects. The collective is known as Sluggosgoonmusic

Dig Benedictus and Guests Arrive. Coincidentally I've been thinking of writing a song called "Nicodemus" or "Nicotineus". The story goes as when I was in church with my parents and they would mention Nicodemus and my father and I would want a cigarette right away. so we continued to say everytime we wanted a smoke,nicodemus.
