I come from a small city Perth - in Western Australia. I make beats and deejay (cutting scratching mixing.) I love collecting vinyl, punching pixels and a whole bunch of other fun junk.
Music is the language of the soul... I love to spin all things hip-hop, dancefloor breaks and beats, tripped out left-field electronica, sometimes grime, dubstep - with my own flavour. So far I have been lucky enough to support acts like Percee P, Busdriver + Anti MC, Spank Rock, Foreign Beggars and not to mention Vanilla Ice (seriously) along with local Aussie cats like Nick Sweepah and IVENS, Low Budget, Elf Tranzporter, Dj Wasabi, Dexter, Curse Ov Dialekt plus others.

What is a DJ if he can't scratch? I believe a large part of recreating a true live experience when you are rocking a show is being able to speak with your hands - just like the old school DJ's from the Bronx did back in the day. There are loads of cats out there who can play track after track and blend with no problems, but what are you going to bring to the table when that gets boring? Control your tools - don't let them control you!
SUPPORT - Innovation, local talent and friends, new ideas and forms of noise-making, the next generation, be kind to other music lovers around you and never in ignorance.
EXPORT - Bland pop commercialism, people ignorant towards musical aspiration and creativity, kids growing up in manufactured pop/fashion culture with no foresight... and for the record f*ck MTV for what it has become.

9pm: DJ and purveyor of serious grooves Paul Gamblin (RTRFM's Black and Blue show) draws from his vast vinyl collection to bring a selection of Future Funk.
