That sucks. I've been running a lot lately cuz I got to go to WLC this august and my run sucked cuz I did do any type of workout for like 4 months cuz I was busy with school and work. I freaking gained like 15 to 25 pounds or something like that. I've lost most of it got my freaking abs back haha!
